Title VI: Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs
Ensures all management, staff, contractors, local agencies, and service beneficiaries are aware of the provisions of Title VI and the responsibilities associated with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO)
Employers operating near or on reservations must give preference to qualified Native Americans for work, contracting or other business. Each tribal nation has a TERO office running a program to help.
