Our customer service representatives are available to assist you from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm seven days a week.

Questions about fares or refunds
To learn about our fares, please refer to our Passenger and Vehicle Fares brochure (pdf 228 kb). If you were overcharged or discover a discrepancy at one of the Terminals please contact our Operations Revenue Control office.
Alternative formats for people with disabilities
Information provided by WSF can be made available in alternate formats such as Braille and large type. To request information in an alternate format, please contact Washington State Department of Transportation's Office of Equal Opportunity.
