Project Description:
This Contract provides for the improvement of the 1-182 interchange from MP 4.40 to MP 5.67, and US-395 from MP 17.09 to 17.60 & from MP 17.93 to MP 18.08 in Benton County by rehabilitating the existing roadway which includes planing bituminous pavement, crack
sealing, fog sealing, paving with HMA CL. 112 IN. PG 64-28, striping, flexible guide post, barrier strip, bridge work by removing existing overlay from bridge deck, performing bridge deck repair, and applying waterproofing membrane for one bridge, constructing traffic barrier for one bridge, repairing traffic barrier for one bridge, removing and reconstructing bridge approach slabs for two bridges, performing expansion joint modification for seven bridges, ADA work, traffic control and other work.

Project Description:
This Contract provides for the improvement of the SR-240 from MP 26.80 to MP 27.08 in Benton County, Kingsgate Way Signalize Intersection: by installing a new traffic signal system; installing cement concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk; re-channelizing the intersection with new pavement markings and delineation; signing; traffic control and other work.



I-82 Columbia River Bridge - EB Truss Deck Replacement

Single lane traffic both directions is in place until Fall 2018

Eastbound traffic has been shifted across a detour onto the westbound Columbia River bridge into Oregon. The speed limit east and westbound is reduced to 40 mph across this detour. Westbound traffic is also reduced to a single lane.

Project Description:
This project will remove the deck off the truss section of the eastbound bridge across the Columbia River into Oregon. The work will also upgrade the electrical system and pavement markings across the bridge. Traffic will be detoured onto the westbound bridge during the majority of this multi-session project. 



I-182 / Queensgate Dr – Interchange Improvements

Project Description:
This Contract provides for the improvement of the I-182/Queensgate Drive Interchange by replacing the existing traffic signal with a roundabout, re-aligning and adding second lanes to the EB on/off-ramps that connect to/from the roundabout, constructing high-mast light standard foundations, installing new drainage structures, constructing a new shared use path and other work. 



SR-224 – City of West Richland – Utility Work – MP 6.1 to MP 7.5 Vicinity

Current Week Traffic Advisory:
Monday July 16 through Friday July 20, during daytime hours: Drivers should be prepared for alternating one-way traffic between the SR-224 West Van Giesen Street / N 62nd Avenue intersection and the SR-224 West Van Giesen Street / Grosscup Blvd. intersections. Drivers may experience minor delays through the work zone. Shoulders along SR- 224 at West Van Giesen Street may also be closed intermittently throughout the project limits.

Project Description:
This is a City of West Richland project where the City of West Richland’s contractor will be installing new water and sewer lines along and across SR 224 at various locations between milepost 6.1 near the SR 224 / N 69th Ave intersection and milepost 7.5 near the SR 224 / S 48th Ave intersection

I-90 468th Ave. SE to W Summit Rd EB – Rehab Concrete, Deck Rehab, Culvert Rehab (mileposts 34 to
52)

Current Week Traffic Advisory:
Eastbound:
Drivers can expect lane closures from milepost 34 near North Bend to milepost 44, 24 hours a day seven days a week. Traffic is reduced to three lanes from milepost 47 to milepost 52 near the summit of Snoqualmie Pass, 24 hours a day seven days a week. Drivers should plan for added travel time through this area.

Westbound:
 
Drivers can expect lane closures from milepost 52 near the summit of Snoqualmie Pass to milepost 47, 24 hours a day seven days a week. Traffic is reduced to two lanes from milepost 52 to milepost 47, with one lane shifted around the work zone as crews repair several bridge decks. This traffic shift will remain in place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week until mid-August. On Monday June 16 and Thursday June 19, all traffic will be diverted onto the bypass lane beginning at 10 p.m. and ending at 8 a.m. the next morning. Drivers should plan for added travel time through this area.

Project Description:
This project will provide for rehabilitation of the eastbound lanes of I-90 from the 468th Avenue Interchange in North Bend to the West Summit Road at Snoqualmie Pass (milepost 34 to milepost 52). Work will consist of concrete panel replacement, concrete pavement grinding and culvert rehabilitation to maintain drainage. Also included in the work is the
rehabilitation of bridge decks 90/91S eastbound at Snoqualmie River, 90/96.5N westbound at Denny Creek, the Denny Creek Viaduct Bridge 90/97.2N westbound and Bridge 90/97.7N westbound at Franklin Falls.

Project Description:
This project proposes to replace the existing lighting system at the USFS 9030 Rd interchange at milepost 46. Work will consist of replacing luminaries foundations and poles, new electrical junction boxes, conduit and service cabinets and other work associated with the project.



Maintenance/Utility Operations:
I-90 both directions exit 47: Monday July 16  and Tuesday July 17 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. there will be a flagging operation for pavement sealing of the on and off ramps. The ramps will remain open during the operation.

I-90 westbound milepost 47 to milepost 51: Monday July 16 and Tuesday July 17 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. there will be a left lane closure to install recessed pavement markers.

I-90 westbound milepost 42 to milepost 45: Wednesday July 18 from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. there will be a left lane closure to install recessed pavement markings.

I-90 both directions exit 42: Wednesday July 18 and Thursday July 19 from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. there will be a flagging operation for pavement sealing of on and off ramps. Ramps will remain open during operation.

I-90 westbound milepost 39 to milepost 42: Thursday July 19 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. there will be a left lane closure to install recessed pavement markings.

I-90 Hyak to Keechelus Dam Phase 1C – Replace  westbound


Current Week Traffic Advisory:

Eastbound: 
Monday evening July 16, through Friday morning July 20, eastbound traffic will be reduced to a single lane between the hours of 8 p.m. to 9 a.m. the following morning. Friday evening, July 20 at 9 p.m. to Saturday July 21 at 7 a.m., eastbound will be reduced to a single lane. Minimal impacts to traffic are anticipated.

Westbound:
 
Monday morning July 16, 5:30 a.m. to 9 a.m., westbound traffic will be reduced to a single lane. 

Monday evening July 16, through Friday morning July 20, westbound traffic will be reduced to a single lane between the hours of 8 p.m. to 9 a.m. the following morning. Friday evening July 20 at 9 p.m. to Saturday July 21 at 7 a.m., westbound will be reduced to a single lane. Minimal impacts to traffic are anticipated.


Scheduled rock blasting related closures:
No rock blasting closures scheduled at this time.

Closures are planned to last one hour, it is always possible that cleanup efforts could take longer if more material comes down than predicted.
Eastbound traffic will be stopped at Gold Creek milepost 56, westbound traffic will be stopped at milepost 61 Price Creek. No services are available past exit 53 eastbound and exit 70 westbound during blast closures. Anticipate one hour or more of added travel time.

Bicycle Alternate Route: I-90 is closed to bicycles in both directions
between the Hyak interchange (Exit 54) and Stampede Pass interchange (exit 62) because there are no shoulders for bicycles to use.

Project Description:
Crews are building a wider and more reliable five-mile stretch of I-90 from Hyak to Keechelus Dam by adding lanes, replacing and adding bridges, stabilizing rock slopes and replacing the snow shed with avalanche bridges.

Project Description:
This project provides for the improvement of 2.5 miles of I-90 from Keechelus Dam to the Price Creek Rest Area. The existing four lane facility will be replaced with a new six lane highway which includes several new bridges, drainage structures, chain up areas, illumination and ITS facilities and a wildlife overcrossing structure.

Project Description:
This project provides for the improvement of Yakima River Bridges, on I-90, East of Cle Elum, MP 86.2, Bridge 10/140 N&S: and West of Ellensburg, MP 102.5, Bridges 10/154 N&S. The bridges will be rehabilitated by removing and replacing the bridge decks with a concrete overlay. Bridge expansion joints will also be modified on all 4 bridges and hinge repair completed on 2 bridges. A temporary bridge will be used to detour traffic around the work area during the summer and fall, until the project shuts down for the winter

Current Week Traffic Advisory:
Monday July 16 through Friday July 20, during daytime hours, traffic should be prepared for a pilot car operation with flaggers alternating one-way traffic in the vicinity of MP 149 to MP 151. Drivers should anticipate 20 minute delays.

Project Description:
This project provides for the improvement of US-12 from MP 148.95 to MP 151.05 and SR-123 from MP 0.01 to MP 2.50, in Lewis County. The project will rehabilitate the existing roadway by providing a bituminous surface treatment on SR-123 and by planning and paving the roadway on US-12. This project will also restore all delineation.



Maintenance/Utility Operations:
US-12 milepost 142 to milepost 148 6 miles west of the White Pass summit: Monday July 16 through Thursday July 19 from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. there will be single lane closures for drainage maintenance.  Minimal impacts anticipated.

Old Hwy. 12 to Issacs Ave. Bridge-Chip Seal and Joint Repair (MP 327.41 to MP 335.59 and MP 340.99 to MP 340.97

Project Description: This project provides for the improvement of SR 24, MP 5.72 to MP 15.66; I-82, MP 38.74 to MP 68.94, and US 97, MP 50.72 to MP 56.8, by performing crack sealing in Yakima County; and on US 12, MP 327.41 to MP 335.59, and MP 340.88 to MP 340.97, in Walla Walla County, by rehabilitating the existing roadway including crack seal, chip seal and performing bridge deck repair, expansion joint modification and HMA overlay on Bridge 12/654, MP 340.88 to MP 340.97. 
 


US-730 / 0.2 to 1.8 Miles N of Oregon Border Rockfall Prevention

Project Description:
This project provides for the improvement of the Naches River Nelson Bridges on US-12, MP 198.66, by cleaning and painting all exposed metal surfaces. It also provides for removing and replacing bird screens over the truss hand holes on Bridge 12/328S, and heat straightening repair on Bridge 12/328N. 



I-82 / US 97 – Yakima County Deck Rehabilitation (I-82 mileposts 41 to 42, US 97 mileposts 37 to 38)

US-97 milepost 37:
No significant traffic impacts anticipated this week.

Project Description:
This project rehabilitates the bridge deck on two bridges in Yakima County. Bridge 82/135N is the westbound bridge that crosses the Yakima Valley Highway at milepost 42, located 5 miles east of Yakima on I-82. Bridge 97/102 crosses Satus Creek, located 24 miles south of
Toppenish on US-97. The bridges will be rehabilitated by removing and replacing the top portion of the bridge decks with a modified concrete overly. Bridge expansion joints will also be replaced. 



SR-24 Morrier Lane milepost 3.0 to milepost 3.2 - City of Moxee

US-12 both directions milepost 190 (Naches) to milepost 198 (Suntides): Monday July 16 through Thursday July 19 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. travelers should expect traffic shifts for pavement marking operation.

SR-410 both direction milepost 73.5 to milepost 93.5: Monday July 16 and Tuesday July 17 from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. there will be alternating traffic for guardrail repair.

I-82 westbound milepost 40 to milepost 60: Tuesday July 17 from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. there will be a striping operation.

US-97 milepost 69 to milepost 74 intersections: West Wapato to Lateral A: Tuesday July 17 and Wednesday 18 between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., there will be lane closures near intersections for (LED) signal lights replacement.

US-12 eastbound milepost 192: Tuesday July 17 the City of Yakima will close the right-lane to load/unload equipment for maintenance of City water facilities.

US-12 milepost 151 to milepost 156: Tuesday July 17 through Thursday July 19 from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. there sill be alternating traffic for a drainage maintenance operation.

US-97 both directions milepost 69 to milepost 74.5: Tuesday July 17 and Wednesday July 18 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. there will be single lane closures near the intersections for signal light replacements  for left and right turn lanes.

I-82 westbound milepost 60 to milepost 80: Wednesday July 18 from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. there will be a striping operation.

SR-410 both directions milepost 88.5 to milepost 111: Wednesday July 18 and Thursday July 19 from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. there will be alternating traffic for danger tree removal.  Fire danger permitting .
