Blocking Incidents
  • The SR 162 Spiketon Creek Bridge has been permanently closed due to recently discovered pier settlement. A detour is in effect using Mundy Loss Road, SR 410 and SR 165. View our blog for updates about the bridge's future.
  • I-90 milepost 126 Ryegrass Rest Areas: Wednesday, Oct. 17 at 7 a.m. until Friday, Oct. 19 at 7 a.m. both the east and westbound Ryegrass Rest Areas will be closed 24 hours a day.
Construction Closures
  • I-90 North Bend to Vantage Bridge: Day and night time lane closures in various locations this week for construction activity over Snoqualmie Pass. Plan for added travel time. Construction lane closures during the day in the Cle Elum vicinity and night lane closures in the Ellensburg vicinity.
  • On SR 285 through Wenatchee NIGHTS: 7:30 p.m. Sunday to 6 a.m. Thursday: expect single and multi-lane closures on Mission St., N. Wenatchee Ave. and some side streets.
    Paving is complete -expect two more weeks of finish work:
    Pavement Markings, Electrical Work, Sidewalks, Curbing, Raising Utility Covers, Bridge Expansion Joints, Permanent Signs, Guardrail and Centerline tubular plastic markers.
  • US-12 milepost 158, east of White Pass: Monday, Oct. 15 through Friday, Oct. 19 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.: There will be single lane closures eastbound and westbound with alternating traffic.
  • I-90 westbound milepost 86 near Cle Elum: Tuesday, Oct 16 to Saturday, Oct. 20 westbound will be reduced to a single lane during daylight hours. Traffic should anticipate delays.

    Westbound Indian John Hill rest area will be closed during daylight hours on Wednesday Oct. 17 as contractor crews work on the roadway near the rest area.
  • Sunday, Oct. 14, to the morning of Friday, Oct. 19 - Up to three lanes of eastbound I-90 between East Sunset Way/Highlands Drive and 468th Avenue Southeast will be closed from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly.
  • Sunday, Oct. 14, to the morning of Friday, Oct. 19 - Up to three lanes of westbound I-90 over the Raging River Bridge will be closed from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly.
  • Sunday, Oct. 14, to the morning of Friday, Oct. 19 - Up to three lanes of eastbound I-90 between Southeast North Bend Way and SR 202/Bendigo Boulevard will be closed from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly.
  • Monday, Oct. 15, to the afternoon of Friday, Oct. 19 - A single lane of eastbound SR 522 on the Snohomish River Bridge will be closed from 7 a.m. Monday to 12 p.m. Friday.
  • Monday, Oct. 15, to the morning of Wednesday, Oct. 17 - At least one left lane of westbound SR 18 between 152nd Southeast and 200th Southeast will be closed from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly.
  • On I-90 westbound at SE Newport Way (MP 14) the HOV lane is closed due to maintenance.
  • Monday, Oct. 15 to Friday, Oct. 19: Travelers on both directions of SR 123, near the entrance of the Mount Rainier National Park, will be alternated through a single-lane with flaggers, daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., for utility work along SR 123.
  • On US 2 - both sides of Stevens Pass, Monday AND Tuesday, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., expect less than 20 minute delays for alternating one-lane flagger/pilot car controlled traffic for final paving work 9 miles east of the summit at Berne Camp. For final paving 5 miles west of the summit at Tunnel Creek, no delays. Expect only lane shifts through this 3 lane section.
  • On US 2/97 at School St., northwest of Wenatchee, Monday through Friday NIGHTS, 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., expect the right lane to be closed and both lane's traffic shifted to a single lane where a city of Wenatchee contractor is installing a new sewer line on the shoulder.
  • US 12 milepost 142 to 163 Monday Oct. 15 through Wednesday Oct. 17 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m: One-Lane piloted closures to paint lines and fog seal application.
