Highway Access Control and Hearings

Highway Access Control and Hearings

Highway Access Control and Hearings administers the limited and managed access programs for all Washington state highways. You'll find tools and resources to help support this process.

The Highway Access Control and Hearings office streamlined their approval process using the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Portal system. This paperless, one stop review process system provides document management, workflow and retention management across WSDOT.
