This field guide has been developed by WSDOT, in collaboration with FHWA, as a reference to be used by professionals when evaluating accessible pedestrian features in the Public Rights-of-Way. It reflects the Public Right of Way Accessible Guidelines (PROWAG) developed by the US Access Board.
