Good To Go! Gig Harbor Location

In an effort to limit the disruption of in-person service for our Gig Harbor customers, we’ve opened our new location early and ask for your patience with our soft opening.

We are here to answer questions, and help you use the self-service tools available on our website and over the phone. If you want to open a new account, manage your current account, purchase a Good To Go! pass, or make a payment using a credit card, debit card, or check, you can access our website at one of the available computers or call customer service at 1-866-936-8246.  .

Making a payment?

We can help you make a payment online or by calling the customer center. You can use a debit card, credit card, or electronic check to make a payment.

No cash payments

If you're looking to pay a toll bill or refill an account, we can't accept cash. If you need to use cash, please consider the following options:           

  • Purchase a prepaid debit card and pay online or over the phone; you can usually purchase these with cash at a local grocery or convenience store.
  • Make your cash payment at our Seattle or Bellevue location.

Vehicle registration hold

If you have a hold on your registration, you can use one of the phones to reach our call center at 1-866-936-8246 or visit one of our other customer service center locations for assistance. Holds are typically removed within two to three business days after all outstanding tolls and fees are paid.

Outstanding toll or Notice of Civil penalty

If you have an outstanding toll charge or civil penalty, you can make a payment online using one of the available computers or over the phone by contacting our call center.

Skip the trip

Did you know that you can manage almost every aspect of your account online and over the phone? In fact, most customers don’t need to visit a customer service center at all. Visit or call 1-866-936-8246 if you want to make a payment, order a new pass, update your Good To Go! account information, and more.

Give us a call

Our call center is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Some things to keep in mind before you call:

  • The best days to call are on Thursday and Saturdays, specifically in the mornings, as call volumes are typically lower.
  • Mondays and days near the beginning of the month are generally busier than normal.
  • Our automated voice menu can help you with most tasks, but you can speak to a representative by pressing “0,” twice.

Online access

If you haven’t set up online access for your Good To Go! account, you’ll need your account number and PIN to do so.  If you cannot find this information, please call customer service at 1-866-936-8246.

Call center support

Protecting your personal information is important to us. Before you call, be prepared to provide at least 4 of the following 6 pieces of information so we can verify your identity:

  1. Good To Go! account number
  2. Name of the account holder
  3. Email address on the account
  4. License plate number
  5. Mailing address
  6. Last 4 digits of the credit card on the account

When will full service be provided at Gig Harbor?

The Gig Harbor customer service center will remain in limited operations until the new system launches, which is expected to happen later this year.
