Update on options for US2/Colbert Road intersection north of Spokane planned for Nov. 18

COLBERT - Community members are invited to hear an update about potential safety improvements at the intersection of US 2 near Colbert Road during a Monday, Nov. 18, public meeting.

Washington State Department of Transportation area leadership, project managers and engineers will be on hand to discuss costs and options available based on limited funding. Staff met with community members in November 2018 and again in January. This meeting will be an update on the topic and previous discussions. The intersection is located 14 miles north of Spokane.

Community members can also view information via an online open house and provide comments through Saturday, Nov. 30.

Where: Mountainside Middle School, 4717 E. Day Mt. Spokane Road, Colbert

Details: The presentation begins at 6:15 p.m. followed by a question and answer period.
