I-5 East Fork Lewis River NB Bridge - Replacement - Project map

I-5 - East Fork Lewis River Northbound Bridge - Replacement Project location map just south of Woodland

Beginning in 2020, crews working for the Washington State Department of Transportation will begin work to remove and replace the aging East Fork Lewis River Bridge located on northbound Interstate 5, at milepost 18.21 - approximately 3 miles south of Woodland, in Clark County.

Built in 1936, the existing 82-year-old steel truss bridge currently carries over 38,000 vehicles a day; nearly 18% being large commerical freight vehicles. Maintaining this vital connection helps to keep people, freight and goods moving along the interstate.
