SR 20 Both Directions - SR 20, the North Cascades Highway, is closed for the season in both directions between milepost 134, approximately 12 miles east of Newhalem and milepost 177 at Early Winters. Spring clearing work started April 5 and typically takes 4 to 6 weeks.
